Freezing Tunnel

This freezing tunnel machine is constructed with a 304 stainless steel body, featuring double-side access doors and a double-layer insulation structure that effectively minimizes cold air loss. The double-sealed door design further enhances overall airtightness. The unit uses an air-cooled circulation method, with a full row of fans delivering even airflow for more stable and consistent cooling — reducing condensation on product surfaces. This makes it especially suitable for cosmetics, food, and other products with high appearance requirements during freeze-setting.

Equipped with an 8HP (6KW) compressor paired with 3 condensers, the machine can reach a minimum cooling temperature of -18°C (tested under no-load conditions in a temperature-controlled workshop). The internal evaporator features a stainless steel frame with a built-in drainage pipe for easy cleaning and maintenance. The entire system is precisely controlled by a Xinje PLC temperature control system, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
